Reconnect with Your True Self: Join Me on a Women’s Retreat in Authentic Bali

Join me on this alcohol-free retreat 11th to 18th Ocotber 2025, designed to inspire, uplift, and empower women on their journey of sobriety and well-being.

Nestled in the heart of Bali, this women’s-only retreat offers a unique opportunity to cultivate inner peace, embrace positive connections, and restore balance across the 6 pillars of lifestyle: sobriety, stress resilience, nourishment, movement, positive connection, and rest and recovery.

This is a space for growth, healing, and genuine sisterhood.

This year our retreat takes place in Amed, a rural unspoiled gem of authentic Bali life.

Set at the stunning Life in Amed Boutique Hotel, right on the oceanfront, you’ll be enchanted by the authentic charm of Bali’s local life. Watch as fishermen head out daily in their traditional Jukung boats, while playful dogs roam the unique blend of black and white sands.

Join us at sunrise, as the cockerels greet the day, with a cup of coffee or tea in hand, overlooking the tranquil sea—a perfect way to start each morning.

You’ll fall in love with the beautifully crafted cottages and houses nestled around the serene swimming pools in a vibrant, lush garden—just as we did.

The Sobriety Sisterhood Experience

This retreat is more than just a getaway—it’s an experience rooted in the principles of Sobriety Sisterhood. Join a community of like-minded women who, like you, are committed to living a life free from alcohol, anchored in self-compassion and a desire for growth.

We will explore the 6 pillars of well-being, guiding you toward deeper balance:

  • Sobriety: Rediscover clarity and empowerment through daily sharing circles, discussions, and reflections on our sober journeys.

  • Stress Resilience: Gain practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with calm and confidence, promoting balance rather than burnout.

  • Nourishment: Relish nourishing meals crafted from fresh, local ingredients, fostering a mindful, healing relationship with food.

  • Movement: Engage your body daily with gentle yoga, nature walks, and other mindful movement practices that honor and appreciate your body.

  • Positive Connection: Forge deep bonds with your fellow retreat attendees, creating lifelong connections through open-hearted sharing and community.

  • Rest and Recovery: Take time to fully unwind in this tranquil setting, allowing your mind and body to rest and rejuvenate.

Why an Alcohol-Free Retreat?

This retreat embraces the power of sobriety to foster genuine clarity, healing, and connection. By removing alcohol, we open space for full engagement in the present, allowing for authentic experiences both within and around you. Here, sobriety is celebrated and supported, creating a sanctuary for women to connect meaningfully with themselves and each other.

A Chance for a Dopamine Detox

This retreat is designed to be a true dopamine detox—an opportunity to reset your brain and body by stepping away from habits that often overstimulate our systems. We want you to experience a deeper level of presence, connection, and inner peace, which is why we encourage practices that foster clarity and calm.

To support this journey:

  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the retreat. By removing this habit, you'll be giving your body the chance to fully detox, breathe deeply, and recharge.

  • Caffeine use is discouraged, particularly during times of rest and connection. Instead, the retreat center offer nourishing herbal teas and refreshing alternatives to help you gently sustain energy without relying on stimulants.

  • Minimizing screen time is also a key part of this detox. Whether it’s your phone, tablet, or laptop, I encourage stepping away from digital distractions—especially during group activities and moments of connection. By limiting your use of screens, you’ll create more space to be fully present in the retreat experience, allowing for richer connections with yourself and others.

This retreat is a unique opportunity to reconnect with your natural rhythms, reset your nervous system, and experience true calm—away from the constant dopamine hits of daily life.

Sisterhood Awaits You in Bali

This retreat is your invitation to step into a supportive, alcohol-free sisterhood where every woman is honored for her unique journey. Whether newly sober or experienced, this retreat will deepen your commitment to yourself and your well-being. Together, we’ll embrace the freedom, strength, and joy that comes from living a life aligned with your true values.

Highly recommended amazing self-care experience to complement anybody’s sobriety journey. A relaxing wonderful week in a beautiful location (Ubud) overlooking rice fields meeting new like-minded friends... Plenty of social connection over tasty meals and sharing circles. The range of well-being activities and their choice locations were fabulous for mind and body... a great way to see beautiful Bali and the countryside. A real week of relaxation whilst resetting intentions and recharging the body but also helped by a huge range of obligatory spa treatments I undertook.  Who knew that travelling alone could be so much fun. I came back a different woman!  It was totally worth the investment in myself.
